Orthotics
Your feet are the foundation of your body, and when they are out of alignment, your whole body follows. Our custom orthotics give you the most precise orthotics on the market.
Your orthotics will arrive 2-3 weeks after your appointment.
ICBC Program
Patient therapy 100% covered- no user fees (Fee for therapy determined by ICBC).
Clinical record requests: $150/request Statement of account requests: $50/request
If you have an ICBC claim, we are able to bill ICBC directly; however, all claims must first be approved through reception services before being booked.

Gift Certificates
You simply buy them in any denominations or the amount of a particular treatment. They can be redeemed at your convenience.
If your treatment cost is less than the gift certificate amount, we will keep the remaining amount on your account so you can use it towards your next treatment.

Individual Practitioner Pricing
Please Note:
- Pricing services can vary from therapist to therapist. We attract and retain extremely highly qualified practitioners and we encourage diversity because we find it produces the most value to the client.
- 24-hour notice is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Full payment is collected if it is within this time.

Clients should dress in comfortable clothing that allows for plenty of movement as well as exposure of the body part to be treated (eg. bring shorts to have your knee treated).
