Claire is a registered Clinical Counsellor and life coach. She enjoys helping people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues causing them anxiety and stress.

Claire offers online and in-person therapy. She works with a wide range of clients: level up, immigrants and multicultural, relationships, sports performance, business owners, financial issues, and career counselling. Claire looks forward to collaborating with clients to find the best route to promote their growth. She firmly believes that we are all capable of developing meaningful lives even within struggle and hardship.

Claire takes a person-centered and collaborative approach and incorporates curiosity, creativity (art), and compassion into her work. She seeks to work with clients to explore their strengths while supporting them in developing new skills and setting goals to achieve positive change.
